Let’s work together so you can learn to be kinder to yourself

After all, if that’s not the aim of therapy then really, what’s the point? I’m James, I’m a Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist at JW Therapy and it’s my goal, above all else, to help people with anxiety to get to know themselves better.

Book an initial consultation with me and you’ll be given space to discuss your goals, intentions and feelings around therapy, and I work hard to make sure I create the safest environment for you to explore your own emotions.

Booking a Session

I offer a free initial 15-minute consultation, giving you the chance to ask any questions about your treatment, discuss your goals, and explore how we can support you on your journey to overcoming stress and anxiety.

Standard online psychotherapy/hypnotherapy sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £50 each, or you can choose a block of four sessions for £190. For face-to-face, a further £5 per session is added to account for room hire, or £200 for the block.

If you’re already signed up for a package or are an existing client, you can book your 50-minute appointment directly through the booking system.

Once you know yourself better, you can begin to work on making progress and feeling better about yourself. The whole process is built with therapy in mind. It’s designed to be printable, but you can also complete it on a piece of paper if you can’t access a printer.
